What happens if it goes
wrong? 1 Way system comes with a full one-year on-site
warranty. If it stops working, we will come to your site and
fix it. After the one year warranty has expired, there may be
a small charge for any parts that are required, but site
visits and labor continue to be free, so long as your
subscription is current..
How do I install it?
You do not need to install it. Our technicians will
normally come to your site and install it for you. If you want
to participate in the installation process, or install the
system yourself, then this is no problem.
I think it's too expensive! VSAT is less expensive than any
similarly-featured system, such as ADSL, DSL, ISDN or
leased-line. Even compared to an ordinary dial-up account,
1Way can be cheaper for a serious Internet user once call
costs are considered, as well as ISP charges. In terms of
performance-to-cost ratio, no other competing system can even
come close.
What happens if I leave
the area? If you are moving to an area within the
area of
coverage, then you can continue your subscription in the
new area.
Alternatively, we are often
approached by customers wanting secondhand v-sat systems and
we will be happy to try to put you in touch with somebody who
might be interested in purchasing your system from
you..
