How it works:

The
Network Operation Centre in London receives the replies of the users'
requests from the Internet .

The
Network Operation Centre links up the information to the satellite for
transmission directly to the user's PC.

The
sat-service allows user's channel provided by local Internet Service
Providers for routing their requests.

Users receive the required information via
satellite.

System Requirements:
- Satellite dish Ku Band, 1.2
meters in the main coverage area.
- PC with 32-bit PCI bus slot
(typically 300 MHz Pentium or better) with a minimum 64MB RAM
(128 MB recommended for server) and 30 MB free space on hard
drive.
- Existing Internet account with
a local ISP.
- Dial-up Modem, minimum 28.8
kbps. (or any other type of connection: ISDN ,DSL,
Leased-line)
- DVB card installed in your
computer and connected via cable to the satellite dish.
